Dynamic and always pushing forward: The hydroforming frame of the T1 29 is based on high-performance aluminium. Matching the load profi les the tubes vary in wall thickness and are also optimised with regard to lateral as well as contour design.

The C1 hardtails with their meticulously designed hydroforming frames show what can be achieved with high-end engineering on aluminium 6066. Extensive knowledge of material properties and the application thereof in specifi cally developed tubes enable the ROTWILD engineers to tune to high stiffness rates as well as fatigue and tensile strengths.
